Last ZE∞RO and New Beginning

We are so grateful that we had such a great time at our past ZERO events and also appreciate all the love and support we got from everyone of you who got involved with ZERO event since last July!

We decided the May 28 & 29 event will be the finale and the last event.

Please come visit us to be part of our very last event! We will have many interesting must-see workshops with fun vendors!

    包丁の材質や形、用途、西洋庖丁(両刃)和包丁(片刃)の違い、基本のお手入れ、水と砥石を使ったお手入れ、砥石の選び方を説明後、基本の切り方デモと実際にお客様にも切っていただき、切ったものを最後に試食をします。
